All speakers must submit their presentation(s) to the Media Check at least 120 minutes
prior to their scheduled session. The media check and will be open during the following
hours, with technicians available to assist you:

Saturday, October 20, 2012 08:00 am to 12:00 pm
Only MS-PowerPoint (*.ppt and *.pptx) presentations with video formats will be accepted.
Please do not forget to embed your fonts and to attach your video files, as they
cannot be embedded into the presentation. Presentations that are attached to an e-mail
cannot be processed.
Permitted file format: IBM compatible FAT/NTFS, no Macintosh
Each meeting room is equipped with a laptop and a data-projector. Therefore, own
laptops cannot be connected in the lecture room. All presentations must be uploaded
in advance to the laptop.
Presentation time is scheduled in the Scientific Program.
We kindly ask you not to exceed the time limit in order to give the other speakers
enough time for their talks, and to give the audience the opportunity to ask questions.
1. Poster Boards
Size: Width 80 cm x Height 110 cm
Poster should be readable by viewers one meter away. The poster title, author(s),
name(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top. The message should be clear
and understandable without oral explanation.
Contents should be in order of abstract introduction, methods, results and conclusion.
2. Poster set-up and removal
May 30, set-up: 8.30 and removal: 18.00
May 31, set-up: 8.30 and removal: 18.00
June 1st, set-up: 8.30 and removal: 13.00
3. Presentation and discussion
Each presentation: 10 minutes.
The Program for Poster presentation will be available after May 7 (Easter holiday).
